We’re proud to announce the release of Lee’s newest milestone: “Wichita” is available on all download stores (iTunes, Amazon, Musicload etc.) and physical copies are available via mail-order vor 15,00 EUR plus shipping (1,40 EUR within Europe). Get in touch with us if you want to buy a physical copy; a store will be up soon. If you want to pre-listen the album have a look at our discography section. We’re also glad to announce that Lee’s entire back catalogue has been digitally re-released under Space Bee Records. Stay tuned on iTunes etc. for the Tanzplagen EP “Dasht Hopes Single / Live at 40 Watts Club”, the Silent Rite Single “Greatest Show” and four Montanablue records: a “Showcase of Manly Delights” (live record with Blaine L. Reininger), album “We Always Are Where We Go”, the album “Chained to an Elephant” and the EP “Look After Me”.

We’re happy to anounce that Lee’s new album “Wichita” will be out on May 17 2013. And we’ve got some more great news: with “Wichita”, Space Bee Records will be releasing digital reissues of Lee’s back-catalogue, including the Tanzplagen Dasht Hopes single and live appearance in Athens’ 40 Watt Club, the Silent Rite Single “Greatest Show” and four Montanablue releases: the 1989 live-album “A Showcase of Manly Delites” (feat. Blaine L. Reininger), the 1988 album “Chained To An Elephant”, the EP “Look After Me” from 1986 and the last Montanablue-album from 1991 “We Always Are Where We Go”. Physical copies of “Wichita” will be available per mail-order on this website or on www.space-bee-records.de and digital copies in all common download stores (iTunes, Amazon Mp3, Musicload, Napster etc.)

Thanks to all of you who came to our show last week at Hafenbahnhof in Hamburg, it’s been a great show! We’re currently busy putting all the bits and pieces for the release of the new William Lee Self album “Wichita” together – only a few more weeks, stay tuned for tour dates and release details! In order to shorten the waiting time, you might want to have a look at a couple of new sections on this website. The “wood and wire” section might be of interest for everyone who is into equipment-pictures and in the discography section, you’ll find infos about Lee’s most important releases. Under “bio”, you’ll find a new picture gallery with a selection of old pictures, which is going to be filled with more material quite soon. Enjoy!
